Donum is the area measurement unit used in North Cyprus. It is used for the measurement of land. One donum is equal to 1,338 square meters.
This is allowed and absolutely legal. All that needs to be done from your end is to sign a power of attorney for your lawyer, who will represent you in all business matters.
